Bilingual School Psychologist & Bilingual Clinical Psychologist 

Dr. Stephanie Kearns-Wildman is a nationally certified school psychologist and bilingual clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience serving multilingual students, families, and communities. A fluent Spanish speaker and doctoral-level practitioner, she has led initiatives in bilingual psychoeducational assessment, MTSS development, and culturally responsive special education practices.

In her clinical practice, Dr. Kearns-Wildman provides therapy and diagnostic assessment in both English and Spanish, supporting children, adolescents, and adults with compassion and cultural sensitivity. She is deeply committed to ensuring that multilingual learners receive accurate, equitable evaluations and services that honor their language, culture, and potential.

Dr. Kearns-Wildman also offers professional development, consultation, and coaching to school teams across Illinois, helping educators strengthen inclusive and linguistically responsive practices.
